Our journey began with a vision to make comfortable homes accessible to everyone, regardless of budget or location. We firmly believe that every household should benefit from affordable energy solutions that not only lower energy bills but also reduce carbon emissions and reduce fuel poverty.

We utilise government grants such as the ECO4 scheme to help people across the North to heat their homes. The grant allows us to claim funding on behalf of the occupants for home heating improvements. The improvements can include solar panels, insulation and central heating amongst others. The funding we claim covers all costs throughout the entire process meaning there is no cost to the occupant, landlord or estate agent, meaning the process is entirely free.

Government grants are non-repayable – this means you do not have to pay any money back at any time and we will at no point ask you to pay for anything. If you qualify for the funding, the amount we receive is determined by the efficiency of your home, therefore we will undertake an energy assessment beforehand free of charge.
